ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon the acceptance of your order/payment you will receive an order confirmation to assure you that your order is being filled and shipped in a timely manner.
SHIPPING POLICY
All standard orders will be shipped within 5 business days upon the acceptance of your payment. Shipping method will be via UPS or USPS. Custom orders and/or shipping methods may take longer and will be verbally given upon the completion of your order from a member of our Hacker Golf team.

RETURN POLICY
Although we doubt you'll need this, we do offer a return policy. If, within the first 30 days after your purchase you may return your item in the exact condition in which it was received for a full refund of the item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped. Please call prior to the return to obtain a Return Tracking Number "RTN". To obtain your RTN please contact Customer Service at cs@hackergolfusa.com. All sales final on custom orders.
