We at Hacker Golf strive to provide you with great product using great service. Our goal is to make your experience with us pleasurable. We stand behind the quality of our work and our word. The last thing a Hacker needs to worry about is anything other than improving his (or her) game!
Order/Shipping Confirmation
Upon the acceptance of your order/payment you will receive an order confirmation to assure you that your order is being filled. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Shipping Policy
All standard orders will be shipped within 5 business days upon the acceptance of your payment. Shipping methods will be via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Rates - Shipping Promo (valid through 2010)
For purchases up to $49 the shipping is $10.
For purchases above $50 you will receive a $10 discount. So your shipping is free.
Shipping rates on custom orders will vary.

Return Policy
Although we doubt you'll need this, we do offer a return policy. If, within the first 30 days of your purchase you are not satisfied with your order you may return the item(s) in the exact condition in which it was received for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the incorrect product was shipped. Please call prior to the return to obtain a Return Tracking Number "RTN". You can obtain your RTN by contacting Customer Service at cs@hackergolfusa.com. All sales final on custom orders.

Sales Tax Policy
Effective July 01, 2008 WA State implemented the Destination-Based Sales Tax Law (SB 5089), thus requiring retailers to collect sales tax based on the destination of delivery within the state of Washington. However, due to the limitations of internet shopping cart tax configurations we are unable to meet this requirement. We are collecting our local tax rate of 8.2%. If you live in Washington state and this is an issue for you, please contact us at cs@hackergolfusa.com and include your invoice number. We will be happy to refund or charge you the difference if needed.
